BAKED GOODS — Our bread and pastries are crafted from scratch, using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. We craft every loaf and pretzel by hand. All our locally-milled flours are ground from non-GMO unbleached whole wheat, with a high gluten protein level to produce a hearty, chewy interior.

The orchard is home to about 50 varieties of apples, about 8 varieties of pears, peaches, plums, nectarines. We also offers a full line of completely homemade fresh fruit pies, baked goods, salsas, chutneys, AND fresh apple, pears, and apple raspberry ciders, AND, some European style ciders.

BREAD — Founder, Clare Chen, is a micro-baker with a passion for crafting rustic sourdough using traditional methods she honed at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. As a Taiwanese American, she uniquely blends Western bread-making techniques with Eastern flavors and aesthetics, giving her creations a distinctive flair. Her signature Danish Loaf (a.k.a. croissant bread) is a standout example of this fusion, offering customers a bread experience that is both familiar and excitingly unique.

PRODUCE, FLOWERS, EGGS — Established in 1788 as Cornell Farm in Poughkeepsie, we have a long history of farming, with recent efforts focusing on regenerating the land through sustainable, organic practices. Since 2020, the farm has been in full production, cultivating a variety of vegetables, specialty crops like baby greens and herbs in greenhouses, and heirloom fruits such as cider apples, pears, and paw paws.
